Bukit Subang (also known as Taman Bukit Subang) is a residential township located at far north of Shah
Alam district, just next to the fast developing Denai Alam township. It is part of Guthrie Corridor Planned
Communities Development that also includes Bukit Jelutong. It was launched in 1998. The township is
built in 3 phases.

There are numerous amenities can be found within Bukit Subang, including schools (SK Taman Bukit
Subang, Sekolah Seri Cahaya and SMK Subang), clinics (Poliklinik Bukit Subang) and surau (Surau Al-
Mahdi). There is also Petronas petrol station within the township.

Bukit Subang is a calm and serene township. Most residents love to stay in Bukit Subang because of the
surrounding and affordable price tags. The developer seems generous to provide very wide roads in front
the houses that allow the residents to park their cars in front the house without causing trouble to other
residents. Most claim that the houses here are pretty well designed and looked decent. The prices of the
homes have appreciated steadily since the opening of Denai Alam township.

The biggest drawback of this township is its location. Bukit Subang is only served by Jalan Sungai Buloh
and Guthrie Corridor Expressway (GCE) as its main access routes. The township is about 34 km to KLCC,
17 km to Subang Parade, 12.6 km to Subang Airport and 23 km to Damansara Utama.
